Your setup link is private to your shop — it opens your details and your install code. Enter the email address your leads go to and we will send the link straight back to that inbox.
It only ever goes to the address already saved on the shop, so typing someone else's address does nothing.
No email needed — reinstalling brings the link back:
Nothing is reset by doing this. Your hours, services, tone and on/off switch are all still there — reinstalling reconnects you to the same records, it does not create new ones. Bookmark the settings page when you get back to it.
Almost always the link was cut short when it was copied. A working link has two parts after the question mark, joined by an & — the shop or location id, and the key. If yours ends right after the id, go back to the message you copied it from and take the whole line.
